Under the Leadership of the Unit Manager, Supervisor, and/or Charge Nurse, is responsible and accountable of the planning, directing, assessing, and providing nursing care according to the mission, philosophy, policy and procedures of Watsonville Community Hospital. Important dimensions of this position consists of quality of care, professional commitment, teamwork, interpersonal skills, safety, good public/customer relations and a fundamental nursing knowledge.
Prefer 1 year acute care experience. Completion of applicable Medical/Surgical/Telemetry RN Competencies within 3 months.
